Camps International – we do great stuff!
In a nutshell, we provide expedition opportunities for schools through our experiential school travel programmes in Africa, Asia and Latin America. The “Camps Effect” is the impact that our expeditions have on those who travel with us as well as the impact that our community and conservation projects have on people and the planet. It’s at the core of all that we do and no surprise that our crew tells us that this makes for a much happier Monday morning feeling!
So – what does the role look like?
You will have a varied and challenging role where you will be picking up the phone and booking new appointments with schools and conducting a number of sales presentations with teachers, students and their parents whilst working to an individual and team target. Whilst embracing the Camps ethos you will successfully offer our expedition experiences to new schools, whilst delivering an excellent standard of support to those already travelling with us. By it’s nature, this role will require lengthy drives to various parts of the country and can mean occasionally staying away from home, but this is a rare, ethical, sales role!
We’re a team here at Camps so you’ll also need to ‘muck in’ as and when needed to support other teams – and why, because they will for you! It’s that kind of place.
