Ambitions Academies Trust (AAT), is seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic, and motivational Educational Practical Tutor to join our sixth form team delivering the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity (Outdoors).

Role Overview:
We are excited to welcome a dynamic and experienced Practical Tutor to our team. The successful candidate will lead and inspire students aged 16-18 through hands-on teaching and immersive learning experiences in various outdoor activities, including sailing, windsurfing, paddlesports, walking, mountain biking, and climbing. You will play a crucial role in developing students' practical skills, confidence, and passion for the outdoor industry, preparing them for rewarding careers in fields such as PE teaching, sports coaching, and global travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver practical activities, including both water-based and land-based sports.
• Provide effective feedback and support to learners.
• Assess learners' performance through continuous observation.
• Contribute to the design, delivery, and future planning of the practical programme.
• Act as a Rockley representative at various events.
• Organise and participate in visits, field trips, and residentials.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Instructor qualifications and experience in our activities, such as Sailing, Windsurfing, Paddlesports, Mountain Biking, Climbing and Walking.
• Driving Licence and willingness to drive students
• First Aid and Safeguarding Qualifications.
