Customer Services Advisor & Repair Technician with Lyon Equipment Limited

We are seeking to appoint a full time Customer Services Advisor & Repair Technician. This role is based at our offices in Tebay, Cumbria.

Key responsibilities

Administration

· Inspect, record and test warranty claims across our brand portfolio

· Provide feedback on and respond to warranty claim queries via phone and email

· Respond to other queries relating to products, orders and deliveries via phone and email

· Negotiate resolutions

· Process all returns using our CRM system

Operations

· Carry out repairs on returned products where appropriate in-line with brand sustainability aims

· Ensure repairs are carried out to a high quality and in a timely manner

· Monitor and maintain stock levels of spare parts for the repair workshop

· Ensure the smooth running of the workshop area(s)

· Maintain technical, brand and product knowledge and qualifications (where applicable)
