Work with us on the sharp end of adventure
At Crux Outdoors, we specialise in risk, safety, and operational planning for expeditions, adventure travel, and film & TV shoots in some of the world’s most challenging and remote locations.
Our work spans deserts, jungles, polar regions, mountains, and equally demanding domestic projects here in the UK.

We operate at the intersection of precision planning and real-world delivery — and we’re always on the lookout for professionals who can bring both to the table.

Ability to work independently in remote and high-pressure environments

Strong communication skills with both operational teams and senior stakeholders
-
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally at short notice
Desirable Experience
-
Previous work on film/TV productions or with large charity/adventure events
-
Technical skills in rope systems, water safety, or vehicle-based expeditions
-
Language skills relevant to common project destinations

Incident management and crisis response training
